Close-Up Editing & Assessment accepts manuscripts by both post and email. Please follow the guidelines below to best facilitate the submission process.

By Post

Use industry-standard MS formatting

• Single sided A4, white paper
• Double spaced (single for poetry)
• 12 pt Times New Roman or similar font
• Wide margins (3.5cm)
• Numbered pages
• Header or Footer with page numbers, name and title
• Posted manuscripts must include an SSAE and payment

 

By Email

Please send MS as an attachment

• Double spaced (single for poetry)
• 12 pt Times New Roman or similar font
• Format document as either .doc .docx .rtf
• Post payment or include note with Paypal transaction
• Please note that for Proofing there will be a printing cost included
